Refund Policy for Forever Coaching LLC Programs and Sessions
At Forever Coaching LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services that empower our clients to achieve their personal and professional goals. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to be fair and transparent with our refund policy.
1. General Policy
All coaching sessions, packages, and programs are considered final once payment has been made. However, we offer the following refund and cancellation options:
2. Single Session Refunds & Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
- No-shows will not receive a refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Coaching Packages & Programs
- Refunds requested within 7 days of purchase, and before any sessions have been used, will be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees.
- After 7 days or after the first session has been completed, no refunds will be granted. However, unused sessions may be transferred to another person upon approval.
- If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from continuing, we may offer prorated refunds on a case-by-case basis.
4. Group Programs & Workshops
- Due to the nature of group programs and workshops, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued.
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person with prior notice.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens. If you experience a medical emergency, bereavement, or other extenuating circumstances, please reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or reschedule a session, please email pictureofyoucoaching@gmail.com with your name, purchase details, and reason for the request. We aim to process refund requests within 7 business days.
